At ROVE, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. That's why our cancellation policy offers you complete flexibility. If you need to make changes to your booking, we'll work with you to find the best solution, without any extra charges.

We want you to be able to book your trip with confidence, which means that if your plans change, you won't miss out or be charged extra fees. You can reschedule your trip or even switch to a different itinerary or destination, without any hassle.

Our cancellation policy is designed to offer you absolute flexibility. If you need to reschedule or adjust your trip, you can do so without any charges if it's more than 60 days before your trip. Between 60-30 days, the booking amount is non-adjustable, but you can still change your dates or destination. If you need to cancel your trip,

Cancellation 45 days prior to the tour - 75% amount refunded ( Except the non-refundable booking amount).

Cancellation 30 days prior to the tour - 50% amount refunded ( Except the non refundable booking amount).

Cancellation 15 days before the tour date - No refund given.
